Help us grow the game and earn cash back on your own clinic registration! When you refer friends who sign up for the Foundations Fall Field Hockey Clinic, you’ll receive:

• $5 Cash Back per session you are registered for (per referral)
  

• $15 Cash Back if you are registered for the full clinic (per referral)
  

Limit up to two (2) referrals per registered player (maximum $10 back per individual session or $30 back on the full clinic).
